Zane Crosby
special effects makeup/actor/co-writer/co-producer

Zane Crosby has been a principle player in IWC Films since it's inception and quickly became known for providing his own hilarious adlibs and began experimenting in special makeup effects. Crosby soon began taking makeup classes at The Illusive Skull in Fairmont, WV as a teenager and quickly became employed to handle the costume shop's Halloween rush.

Crosby was limited by the scope of the first IWC Films feature, RAISING THE STAKES, which featured almost no special makeup effects. He still was able to design a gruesome burn for one of the film's most memorable scenes.

Due to the lack of effects in their debut feature, director Justin Channell promised Crosby that their next film would be an effects-heavy zombie movie. They began developing DIE AND LET LIVE along with partner Joshua Lively and began production on the film in the summer of 2006. Crosby not only handled makeup and special effects, but also co-produced alongside Channell, co-wrote the screenplay, and starred in the film with Lively.

After the completion of DIE AND LET LIVE, Crosby began attending Tom Savini's Special FX Makeup Program at Douglas Education Center in Monessen, PA and founded his own effects company, InZaneFX.
